- Exactly 3 yrs ago, 17year old Kian delos Santos was wrongfully killed by policemen in Caloocan during the government’s war on drugs. Fearing for their lives, Kian’s family had to relocate, his siblings had to stop school. Their dreams put to a halt. (1/2)
