- It’s 90°F, going out on a bike ride to enjoy the sun and heat.
- Really hoping after some time out in the hot tub. People will notice I have been outside
- Don’t know where or what I am going to wear these for lol.
- With colder forecast on the way, I gotta get as much sun as possible.

- Throwback to 5 years ago. Covid had stopped me from going to gym for about 4 months by this point. But I didn’t have much muscle mass then. I thought I was ripped doing 2 weight training sessions a week.
- Friday Flex Trying to chase all of you killing it with your daily training. I have yet to actually wear these clothes anywhere
Friday Fkex Bust out a QT - Felt inspired by @claystaggs and swam some laps in the pool. I can run longer distances with little fatigue, but swimming laps kills me
- Hard to find anything when you are trying to follow up a QT from @AnotherHomoCon, But we all know it should have been the bills in the Super Bowl.
