Work schedules can’t be changed more than one day of work as per the master CBA (collective bargaining agreement) and alternative work schedules were being bargained.

- This is not accurate information. The Times-Picayune did not file for bankruptcy. Nor did the owners of the Advocate control it when the newspaper editions were cut to 3 days a week. It’s actually the opposite. The Advocate’s owners brought 7 days of newspaper back to the region.Everyday I remind myself that the folks who run the @theadvocatebr are the same ones who bankrupted the Times Picayune! So if or when you read it keep that in mind!
