This is what progress looks like. Men & women coming forward in vulnerable self-reflection & honesty. This is hard to do & this is good.

I got 2 consecutive restraining orders against an MIT professor, the 1st of which he forced an evidentiary hearing w his own character witnesses & full cross examination of me on the stand, he wasn't disciplined at all. I was 21. He was 34. Why do that ever again #WhyIDidntReport

I spoke with that CEO soon after his company banned the nazi site, & I knew from that convo when he explained to me it was the wrong decision, that 1 person/co shouldn’t have that much power over Internet free speech. He didn’t like when I told him his company wasn’t the Internet

Listen up. This is for the old white men who have told me to my face that nobody would take me seriously as a CEO with this pink hair & my odd Twitter feed. I get to have my hair any color, tweet whatever the hell I want, karaoke before a keynote, AND be a sparkly CEO. QED ✨

The brutality is real, & long lasting. I’m 44 years old, been working in tech since I was a teen, in security specifically for over 20 years. My creds are still nitpicked, while men steal credit for my work. If I could do it all over again... *I wouldn’t.* #FridayFeelings

How is it that a raccoon climbing a building without food or water for a couple days gets a bunch of TV/social media coverage, yet asylum seekers who traveled farther with their kids being stolen from them at the US border by authorities isn't a daily news story with live video?

Bigot got fired after being identified as working at Merrill Lynch. Those young restaurant workers holding off the rage of a grown man is super brave, & sadly necessary for women & historically excluded people through many everyday situations like work. I hope they are doing ok.

What fresh hell is this? Another unrepentant abuser getting away with it after a short blink of a non-career-limiting pause in which no self reflection, personal growth, or remorse was pursued nor expected before his inglorious infamous return. #DeprecateRMS #DeprecateToxicity

The bug bounties at Microsoft that I created back in 2013 have come such a long way. They were not inevitable. MS execs had publicly stated they’d *never* pay for bugs. I had to use data, behavioral economics, game theory, etc to turn that aircraft carrier towards this outcome.
Microsoft’s Bug Bounty Programs awarded $13.7M to over 300 security researchers in the last 12 months. Thank you for all your hard work to help secure millions of customers. #bugbounty, #CommunityBasedDefense msrc-blog.microsoft.com/2020/08/04/mic…

“ruinous decisions that left Flint with lead-contaminated water & a regional outbreak of Legionnaires’ disease. The charges, revealed in an online court record, are misdemeanors punishable by up to a year in jail & a $1,000 fine” Poisoning children in Flint is a misdemeanor. Oh.
Former Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder was charged yesterday with willful neglect of duty for his role in the Flint water crisis. The charges, revealed in an online court record, are misdemeanors punishable by up to a year in jail and a $1,000 fine. politico.com/news/2021/01/1…
