Crowds like this would’ve been normal in Oakland if ownership wasn’t garbage for 30 seasons straight.
30 seasons of low payroll, relocation threats, no commitment to the city or community, poor treatment of fans, and constant rising ticket prices.
Never forget what A’s owners
The final series of the A’s playing in both Oakland and the Coliseum begins tonight.
Here is what EVERYONE needs to remember ⬇️
Never forget the A’s would’ve had a new stadium in Oakland 20 years ago had Bud Selig not blocked the sale of the A’s to Andy Dolich and Bob Piccinini
Folks, we have a BOMBSHELL! 🚨🚨‼️‼️
An A’s employee has shared with me the ACTUAL number of tickets remaining (2,757), while A’s website shows just 7 remaining!
This CONFIRMS the A’s are holding seats back to create false scarcity and increase ticket prices!!!
Just got home. Here are some thoughts of mine:
What an emotionally exhausting day. Fought back tears many times.
Physically exhausted too. According to my phone, I walked over 16 miles in the last 30 hours. Running on 3 hours of sleep.
The positive though, was all the awesome
LDB isn’t joking here. This may be the actual reason.
I’m aware theres many players on A’s roster who side with us fans, want A’s in Oakland, and want Fisher out.
A’s are 100% petty enough to retaliate, no matter how talented player is. Not like A’s care about winning anyways!
46,889 here today.
42 above the Coliseum capacity of 46,847 (excludes Mt. Davis).
It’s a shame the A’s refused to open Mt. Davis, because it would’ve sold out.
Oakland is a baseball town! We are HERE! It’s never been us, it’s ALWAYS been JOHN FISHER!
