Not sure which @bombers_fp coach this is. I had to stop him and take a pic of his shirt😁. People often say “we put too much pressure on kids”. While that’s true in some cases I wonder, if maybe we should talk thru pressure with young people? Feeling pressure in your life

Often I see players who were young “studs” become “average” players that peaked. Their best playing days have passed. In contrast I see overlooked “average” players improving and surpassing the “studs” of yesterday. Reminder: yesterdays achievements do not ensure todays success.
