- Just a shame Cole Palmer is going to struggle in Enzo Maresca's system.
- Safe to say Chelsea players are aware of some online discourse regarding a fellow WSL player.
- Liverpool will end up selling more young, homegrown and academy talent to fund a spending spree towards ยฃ500m if Isak and Guehรญ also join. I look forward to the outrage @Carra23 - after all, you had plenty to say when it was Chelsea
- Cole Palmer, Malo Gusto and Filip Jorgensen are the biggest reasons why it's 0 points rather than 1 or 3. If people want accountability from players, stop giving Palmer a free pass.
- Chelsea granted Eve Perisset a free transfer as a goodwill gesture due to her unwavering commitment and support, even when not featuring regularly. She was an extremely popular member of the squad and leaves on good terms.
- Ahead of the full Manchester United thread, decided to sit down and look at expected market values of players. When Chelsea had to fund their rebuild, they had a number of higher value players and homegrown assets that could garner big fees. Man Utd have a different story.
- Chelsea Men will finish somewhere between 4th and 8th this season. That is where the club is at. It has been like this a long time regrettably. No domestic trophy for 7 years. No League title for 9 years. 2 European trophies in 13 years.
- All I'm going to say on Renato Veiga - Azpilicueta was signed as a right-back. Spent multiple seasons at left back and centre back. Had to sometimes play wingback. Even ocassionally ended up further forward. Didn't once fuss. Didn't once complain. Just got on with it.
- Just makes it even more blatant. ๐
