- Replying to @unpopularvcThe US uses a blacklist. You can put anything you want in food as long as it's not known to cause harm. You can even use poison to increase profits so long as it's just a little bit. Europe uses a whitelist. You are only allowed to call stuff food if it's actually food.
- Given the choice to work on a crazy big idea or a modest idea, pick the crazy one. It will be ~the same amount of work and way more fun.
