Was digging through some old writing from over a year ago when I was getting started and came across these rules I wrote down. I think I've largely followed them with a few lapses here and there. Wanted to share...Maybe not for everyone and I don't claim to know everything 🤷‍♂️

i needed a *nice-looking* qr code for a recent project and wasn't happy with any of the results i found, so i made an app to do it for me and shipped it. this is qewie - make beautiful qr codes (qews?) with a few taps. save or share them wherever you want. live and free on the

new project: cleo (kindle + llm) 📚 cleo is an ios app that pairs whatever book you're reading on kindle with an llm (o3) — ask questions, get recaps/summaries, or listen/discuss (think audiobooks but interactive). the llm has context on exactly where you are + the book

explored a concept for a new direction of the @Opendoor mobile experience problem: opendoor enters the customer relationship too late in the their journey (they need to be ready to pull the trigger). they need to start building trust 1-2 years prior to their transaction date.
