A moving remembrance of what #LarryKramer accomplished from #AnthonyFauci, whom Kramer demonized as a “murderer” in the early days of AIDS crisis and the two became close friends. “I loved the guy.”
WATCH: Dr. Anthony Fauci remembers the late HIV/AIDS activist Larry Kramer: "He was just an extraordinary man. ... He changed the relationship between the afflicted community with a given disease and the scientific and regulatory community that has such a great impact on them."

During rescue/recovery on 9/12, firefighters draped a flag next to the gaping hole that plane made. I was there for ABC News and wept at the sight.
A large American flag is displayed on the side of the Pentagon this morning, to mark the 17th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. VP Pence and DefSec Mattis take part in a ceremony there this morning & will observe a moment of silence at 937AM, the moment Flight 77 hit the building.
