- Replying to @xMarketNewsFor clarity, we did not intend to trap them using the pref share, but it ended up being a consequence because they traded it. We used the Pref to isolate the value of the O&G assets for the TRCH OGs. They made this a problem, not us.
- Credit goes to another unnamed shareholder. FTDs all the way through the 12th. How does a stock that is halted have this happen? How does a private company have FTDs? Enquiring minds want to know @FINRA @cvpayne @GaryGensler
