- BREAKING: Shōta Imanaga will undergo an MRI on his back tomorrow. There is nothing wrong. The team is just taking precaution to make sure there is no damage from carrying the team all season. #ShotaImanaga
- I went down the rabbit hole to compare Anthony Rizzo’s first 700 at-bats as a Chicago Cub vs. Michael Busch’s first 700 at-bats as a Chicago Cub and the comparison is kinda crazy.
- A Brewers fan just texted me asking “What is the thing that Anthony Rizzo is holding?”
- Missed the birth of his child. Missed the NLDS (again). Ouch.
- If you’re the Cubs you absolutely keep Willson Contreras. There is not a better catcher in baseball available. He has yet to play to his potential and his talent is off the charts. Build around him. Please.
- Wrigley Field on a Tuesday, when the Cubs are in last place. Where is the incentive to win when you have this luxury?Baseball under the lights at Wrigley is always special
00:00- I think this guy might be the first and only Brewers fan that I like. Wanted absolutely nothing to do with that PCA home run ball. Any other Brewers fan would sell that baseball for a year supply of cheese curds…but not him. His passion and intensity was on full display here.
