    Awful news this evening for us @PenlanClubAFC one of our under 12 players collapsed in training and had a cardiac arrest, the young lad was given CPR by parents who brought his breath back and then was transferred to Cardiff Heath, thoughts are with all the family 💙💛

    I'm delighted to be taking Penlan into tier 4 football this coming season which is the next step up for us. The group of players I've managed over the last few years and currently have throughly deserve to be playing at a higher level, Exciting times ahead for us.

    Super proud of my group of players this evening 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Massive result for us @PenlanAFC against a really strong @mumblesseniors team. All the very best to Mumbles in the Welsh league next season and I’ll certainly be down to catch a few games 👍🏼 Well done everyone of you 💙💛

    Shows I must be doing something right when other clubs are trying to poach my players and are offering them £50 a game when they are more than happy to pay £5 subs and £3 to train for me at @PenlanClubAFC Do me a favour and wrap it in please!

    A brilliant effort from us @PenlanClubAFC but unfortunately we exit the Welsh cup 5-3 against @HaverfordwestFC after leading 2-1 at halftime, couldn’t be more proud of the boys. Good luck to Haverfordwest in the next round.
