Day two at NAIC with APPLES!! 🍎🍎 We fizzled out a bit in the end, but I wasn’t even expecting to win a round with this deck let alone 7. Hydrapple is my favorite card from the new set so I had to make it work somehow, and it won me 3 of my games!

Pocket deck of the day: Pidgeot Weezing Pidgeot’s ability allows you to effectively use two supporters every turn! Koga + Weezing gives your opponent a hard time taking any points, while being a strong attacker in the current meta.

Pocket deck of the day - Gengar 👻 Kangaskhan sets phenomenal early game pressure while you load up your Gastly with energy. Gengar has extremely high HP, and because of its ability your opponent can’t Sabrina around it!

Pocket deck of the day: Pikachu/Electrode Pikachu ex is the best attacker in the game, and Electrode’s free retreat lets you use Pikachu more! Red Card allows you to blitz ahead in tempo pretty quickly

Saturday’s Pocket deck of the day - Water Box 🌊 Set tempo early game with Kangaskhan, then sweep late game with Starmie! Frosmoth is good because sleep is broken in this game

Next rotation is actually brutal - Every radiant rotates - All of lost zone rotates - Rotom V and Forest Seal rotate - Every single VSTAR rotates (Lugia finally) - Lost Vacuum Rotates - MANAPHY ROTATES - as if that wasn't enough heavy ball, lumin and pokestop also rotate

Pocket deck of the day: Mewtwo 🌀 With yet another CCG Gardevoir is broken in, this deck has the unique ability to set 3 point checkmates with just one Gardy out. Baby Mewtwo is extremely effective into Pikachu and is a decent wall, and Meowth is an excellent starter going first
