SARS-CoV-2 impacts the angio- and immune systems similarly to HIV once it enters the bloodstream. Pulmonary stage is merely an intermediate state, akin to a spermatozoon attempting to penetrate an ovum. The primary target of sars2 is the bloodstream. At least HIV is not airborne.
