The driver's complete lack of awareness and potential hope the guy would get dragged away so he wouldn't have to deal with the situation, led to the increased danger profile. If he had taken action and driven away immediately, the damage would've been less, and the opfor would be

To be fair, when you watch the video, you can see him using aggressive body language, which would go with someone goading people on. We get a lot of this. Racists start something and complain when they get held to account. Reminds me of some other shit going on at the moment.
