The easiest way to beat your man, is getting as close to your defender as possible, get their feet to slow down or stop and completely eliminate their cushion.
I call this posture Double Threat Position and in my opinion it's the most impactful technique in the game.

In 2008 we got into the NCAA tournament at Denver on quality wins. High Point is 13-3 (tied for most wins in the country) with wins over #2 UVA and #3 Duke and potentially 5 wins over Teams in the field. Put em in!

A dodging concept I've been working on with my JM3 Athletes is how to neutralize a pole by running right at him with fearlessness/speed.
This is not a new idea. However, most attackmen don't put this type of pressure on their defender!
