On Monday, I gave my Inaugural Lecture as a Professor at King’s, to a generous audience of family, friends, professionals and the members of the public. A very special occasion and a career highlight. Thanks to all who came! (And thanks to our photographer Dominic!)

Tonight is Jeremy Paxman’s last episode of #UniversityChallenge. He was unfailingly kind &respectful of contestants behind the scenes on the show. He has since done important work raising awareness @ParkinsonsUK, a cause close to my heart. So much gratitude & respect due to him.

If you ever appear as a witness in court, please - and I cannot stress this enough - do not *wink* at the barrister cross-examining you.

Waiting for my neighbour’s gardener to finish with the hedge-trimmer before I record my lecture like... Helpfully, it’s a lecture on Injunctions.
