    Here’s a game of spot the difference. 1) @dailymail ‘s pic of me & my dad 2) the actual picture. Socially distant, no physical contact & was bringing them food. Been a long month of no contact, my mum worked for the NHS her whole career so she was ruthless about distance. Thanks

    Digesting the sad news about @chrishoy . As Olympic champion his event got cut from the schedule. He refocused, didn't complain, mastered different events & won 5 more gold medals. His message today...

    Thank u @LubaMushtuk for being an amazing partner/teacher/choreographer sadly you’re not a miracle worker. I’m no dancer (& knew it), I’ve always avoided things I know I’d be bad at, but I wanted that to stop. I had fun & learned a lot about myself thanks Luba❤️ @bbcstrictly

    21yrs ago today at the Sydney Olympics. The FIVE of us achieved what we'd set out to do 4yrs earlier, it was (at that point) the most special moment in my life. The irony is the one who's aged the best trained the least. Way to go coach, thanks lads.
