- my december goals: – lose 2kg of fat (being realistic because of holidays) – read at least 20 pages of a book everyday – eat between 800-1100 cals – gym 6x a week – walk at least 10k steps a day – reduce screen time
- Replying to @waitingbyriverwhy is it bad? Ive seen lots of people doing this but I never tried lol
- can't wait to be skinny enough to wear miniskirts without feeling disgusting
