    Kicked a ball today for the first time in 9 months. Do you know how crazy that actually sounds? Only against a wall from a few yards but you have no idea how good that made me feel. Small steps towards the end goal 🙏🏽💛

    Drove yesterday for the first time in about 4/5 weeks. Advised to keep my knee in the brace but that caused my knee to stiffen up. Took me a while to get the range of motion back but I’ve done it & now I can drive! It’s a massive morale boost having some independence back 🚗

    I just want people to know that it isn’t all rosey when you return. It’s still a struggle, your mind still over thinks, ‘normality’ will take time. Don’t feel bad for not ‘being you’. These things take time. Try to enjoy the little victories along the way 🙏🏽🤍

    This is big for me. 5 months since I tore my ACL not being able to do much physical work and today I hit a 28km ride around 1hr 40 riding from Palace to Millwall. Heading in the right direction 🚲
