Just come home to a letter from the NHS threatening me, a type 1 diabetic (incurable), saying I might be fraudulently claiming free prescriptions and that they're going to send me a Β£100 penalty if I don't respond within three weeks.
I hate this country.

Here we go, this 26-year-old man was fined Β£462.30 at Cheshire Magistrates' in September after he bought an 'anytime' ticket and used it before 10am.
@northernassist brought this case in a private prosecution. Their own app will tell you this ticket can be used any time of day.
A person has been given a criminal record and a Β£471 fine in her absence at Manchester Magistrates.
The ticket she had was Β£4.57 cheaper than the ticket she should have had, as her Railcard expired four months before.
Great use of court time @northernassist.
