I paid $206 dollars at the start of the season to buy a tiny share in this horse, loved following him all year and Iโ€™ve just won the #KyDerby sitting on my couch in Ireland. What a sport.

The removal of the mares allowance would be the most short sighted action possible. Mares are only 22% of NH horses in training and the allowance needs to be protected so mares can flourish and numbers grow for generations to come. Donโ€™t punish mares, celebrate them.

Incredibly proud of the whole team @TinnakillHouse. Breeding a Cox Plate winner the testament to not just one brilliant horse but countless years of hard work. A Laois fam breeds the winner of Australiaโ€™s best race - quite extraordinary.
