    Like most folks, I totally let myself go once the pandemic hit. The past couple of months though I decided to do something about it. Today I finished my Couch To 5k sessions and finished with a 30 minute 5k jog. Feeling pretty good.

    On Monday morning, Dickie Pattillo fell asleep and moved on to the next plane of existence. She was 101 years young and one of the kindest people I have ever known. She loved gardening and butterflies. Today we placed her next to my Grandfather. We called her “Nan.”

    Today is my Grandmother’s 100th birthday. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, the party at her nursing home had to be cancelled, but her kids (my Dad, Uncle, and Aunt) came to her window to wish her a happy 100th. Happy Birthday Nan!
