- When it comes to hiring, I will die on this hill: With the right foundational skills, you can teach a person how to do tasks for a job. You cannot teach someone how to be a good person and a delight to work with.

My mom refused to evacuate with me because she has impact windows and hurricane shutters and felt safer than being at my house in North Naples without shutters. Please pray for her.

She is actually my grandma and became my mom after she lost her son. I’ve lost both of my birth parents and my adoptive dad. I can’t lose her, too.
