    zlib was not only used by readers, but also by students who could not afford school textbooks. if you are happy that it got taken down, then you are a privileged, entitled person who can afford novels and textbooks. not everyone has an access to library for books and textbooks :/

    oh and while we're at it, there's so MANY popular problematic authors (coho, sjm, pd) who write so many problematic things. now if someone wants to give their books a try (which they shouldn't) they will have to buy their books and that would mean directly supporting them :/
