- Congrats to freshman Javonte Keck for making HM All Conference for a solid year. On the year, Javonte shot 42% overall, 37% from 3 and 74% from the FT line. In conference, he was 44% overall, 39% from 3 and 75% from the FT line.
- Congrats to @traycroft2_ on his unbelievable career so far at Iowa Central. Wednesday night he became the all time leading scorer, breaking a record that was held for 49 yrs.
- Congrats to this guy here for signing with UNI today.He has represented himself and Iowa Central basketball unbelievably well in his two years.He will go down as one of the all time best here at Iowa Central.Glad I could witness what he did in his two years. Thanks for the ride
- Congrats to freshman guard PJ Ngambi on making Honorable Mention All Region in his freshman year. PJ averaged 18 pts a game and shot 45% from the floor this season.

- 6’7 Forward Javonte Keck went 8-11 from the 3pt line last night against DMACC. That is tied for the 2nd most in a game in program history. He finished with 30 pts and 10 rebs.
- Congrats to @RoyShawnWebb for being named First Team All Region by the coaches in the league. His hard work has definitely paid off. Will be a steal as a kid and player for someone. Averaged 15.2 pts, 5.7 rebs, 2.4 assist per game. Started 63 games in his career.
- A milestone today as the Men’s Basketball program at Iowa Central won its 1000th career game. Not many programs have accomplished this feat, congrats to all the former and current players who have contributed to these wins. #RTR
- Congrats to freshman PG PJ Ngambi on POW honors this week. 19-29 from the floor in 2 games against two D1 teams last week. Continues to grow as a player and a young man.
- Last morning of conditioning. Finished with 18 200 meter sprints. “Sports don’t build character, they reveal character.”
