Run agents in parallel - saves a tonne of time. One agent stays focused on stills generation. The other animates. As I locked stills on the first, I handed them straight to the second for animation.

Probe one shot before generating the rest. Pick one full-frame shot with everything in it – character, garment, set, skin, pose. Generate just that one. If the system holds, generate the rest. This will save you a ton of time and credits in iterations.

Lock the locations. There are five shot setups from the brief – pool deck, tennis court, lobby, balcony, and beach bar. I asked for all of them in one pass, multiple variations each, all on the same four-plane depth structure. They came back all coherent with the campaign
