- Indian pharma is doing what Indian IT companies failed to do. With a massive cash stockpile, Indian pharma is now on an overseas acquisition spree, especially in the US. Intas, Torrent, Sun pharma, Syngene, Zydus all have made big strategic acquisitions over the past few months.
- I think Indian X doesn't realize how far ahead of the game Ahmedabad is! Ahmedabad has uninterrupted power supply since the late 90s, all cables (electric, telecom, etc) are underground (literally zero overground), has massive amounts of rooftop solar and has piped cooking gas.
