Hearing from friends vowing to make a new start this year and including Mounjaro as part of that. Proud of them all. As always, happy to answer any questions. Mounjaro/GLP-1 meds are a tool, not a solution.
My feed is basically 100% Billy Kametz tributes and it’s wonderful to see. He was so loved. And most importantly, he knew that. I hope that helps us all cope.
This is an Erica Lindbeck appreciation tweet. She’s kind. She’s generous. She’s insanely talented. She’s so strong. And she’s someone I’m proud to love as a friend and will always stand behind. ❤️
My friend @BillyKametz is now at rest. It was, genuinely, a lovely service.
His loss has been horrible and it seems some folks have forgotten there are humans on the other screen. There is no longer any need to fight or at least untag actors if you do. Thank you. Let’s move on.
Also: if you’re out there going, ‘I was friends with him for years and I had to find out via Twitter,’ your feelings are valid. We ran out of time to notify everyone due to a newspaper publishing his obituary earlier than expected. That was not the intent. Please be kind. ❤️
When I think of @BillyKametz, I think primarily of his smile and his exuberant “Jinaaaayyy” greeting whenever we crossed paths. It was a grin that didn’t just light up his face. All of him would just shine when you looked at him. He was so full of happy, vibrant life.
Tonight, @BillyKametz’s LA family gathered together to remember, swap stories and say goodbye. And it was truly the definition of bittersweet. He would’ve delighted in all of us being there, maybe with a little bit of embarrassment.
We’ll miss you, Billy.
