00:00- In 1986 my cousin Bill Brooks, Jr was drafted to the Indy Colts in the 4th round. Made Rookie All AFC team. Played & started for 10 years in the NFL. Today, in the 4th round of the NFL draft those Colts drafted my little brother Khari Willis to the NFL for his own journey! #wow
- Some parents still don’t understand this: all coaches talk to each other. AAU. High School. College. We talk to each other. If the kid is good, but the parent is toxic, every coach in the state likely knows. Don’t be that person making your child’s future difficult.

- Somewhere there is a kid who everyday is quietly working on dribbling, shooting, defense, rebounding, etc They don’t post every workout online for the clout of people they don’t even know to applaud. They just work to be the best player they can possibly be. Keep at it kid 🙏🏽🏀

- I’ve had several calls with college coaches lately. 1 thing I have noticed is: ZERO have asked me about how many points a player averages. If you want to catch their attention, play whatever role is needed for your team to WIN. They all like winners, more than anything else.
- Man, chill. Dame has made it clear he is happy where he is. Some of y’all fans are inconsiderate. The man is happy in and ballin in Portland. Chill lol
- A good pass is a highlight. Playing good defense on ball without reaching is a highlight. Talking is a highlight. Getting a rebound is a highlight. Setting multiple screens is a highlight. If I see one more highlight where all a player is doing is scoring I might throw up. 🤦🏽♂️
