- Everyone knows that I struggle with depression & anxiety, but this past year I have thought about suicide more than I ever have. Today was horrible. Tonight was worse. If anyone is feeling like I am right now, send a hug to me and I will send one to you. Tomorrow will be better.

00:00 - My depression has been really bad & hearing about a suicide made me want to post. I am taking my meds, meditating & eating @LaysCanada. It is ok to not feel ok and ok to say depression is kicking my ass. My hope is that someone reading his knows that they are not alone💕
