- A warning letter for being off sick on 2 occasions for a single day in a 12 month period is an excellent way to make your staff feel valued.
- I recently took part in an online drawing game with my girlfriend’s family and at one point was tasked with drawing a sleeping dog. I’m no artist, but I gave it my best in the 30 seconds available. It seems it was screenshotted at the end of the round and today this arrived...

- Replying to @NewlandsdocYes, I totally get that side of it. But a completely impersonal letter that ends with a warning that you’ll be summoned to a meeting if you have 1 more day off doesn’t really feel supportive to the recipient IMO. Even if there’s a generic paragraph about well-being and support.
