    Okay. Some @Readwiseio news โ€” the biggest since we started the company. We built our own reading app! Save anything, from articles to PDFs. Then read (with powerful highlighting, search, and triage) inside of the Readwise Reader.

    New york city is better than sf in almost every way: the culture, variety, food, quality of life, and most importantly how _cool_ it is. But moving there from sf shows you value these things more than being around other builders It is not a place for serious technologists.

    Thesis: the primary usecase of the current wave of AI (eg GPT) is Bullshit. LLMs are not creative yet, but they _kill_ at any job that requires rote information recycling. Homework, legalese, low-effort writing. Things you only have to do for "bs" reasons.

    Wow! Saddened to hear that @Pocket (the biggest read-it-later app) is shutting down on July 8th. You can import all of your pocket articles, highlights, etc into @ReadwiseReader with two clicks
