Alcohol fuels 39% of violent crime. This Christmas, almost 5000 offenders are wearing alcohol monitoring tags, detecting drinking and keeping our streets safe when it matters most. Offenders stay sober 97% of the time whilst tagged. More: bit.ly/49dabtI
