    Had very old VHS tapes dubbed to DVD and here’s a clip of 18yo me playing Chopin Ballad No. 2! Out of control playing a bit😂 Forgot I played this. Quality has really deteriorated and I’ll have to figure out how to download from DVD and save somewhere.

    Prob related to the annual Thai festival in Tokyo? MOS has cilantro kra pao and green curry chicken sandwiches. You can also order 10x cilantro and they give you a cup full extra!

    My mother at 17yo when she immigrated to US for college post war, occupied Japan. She had no idea then she’d meet my father who sat behind her in class…and she’d not return to Japan for almost 30 years.
