Honest question for Pitchers: I see a lot of posts about My Velo my velo “PR” today!! I don’t ever see I threw 5 innings, I hit all my spots, with great movement, and no walks with a few strikeouts ZERO runs. Why don’t I see posts like that? Why y’all only care about velo?

10 basic keys to hitting successful: 1. Still head 2. Breathe/calm 3. Balanced 4. Trust ur hands 5. Knob direct to ball 6. Swing with confidence 7. Be inside the baseball. 8. Maximum backspin 9. Drive the hands through the ball 10. Have some fricking fun! Keep it simple.

I’m crushed 😭!!! Please pray for my 1 of my Best friends. He was hit head on, a driver that crossed the center divider @ 5pm & destroyed him. He’s in the ICU & has multiple injuries to his brain, spine, knee, & arms. A mile from his home 🙏🏼we love u Baumer & family!! @Cbaumer36

Get ur foot down early, load and be ready to hit …. Trust ur hands get them inside the ball. Head still eyes one level. Let the ball travel see it deep and bat down to the ball 12° creating max backspin. Do this and I promise it will get ur right. 👊🏽

I’ve been watching only location of pitches for the past 3 days on college and MLB level. I know why spots are missed so much in the game today. Ya Got catchers on their butts with a leg out and glove on the ground. This part of the game needs an overhaul. This is terrible 👇🏽

Please watch his hands. -Still -Load -Knob to ball -Bat is an extension of his arms -Through the ball -Maximum backspin at a 12° angle -Perfect wrist connection at contact which gives that extra power advantage with a controlled smooth powerful swing. Perfection!

I see a lot of bench press going on with baseball players and some softball players. Why? Fun fact Ken Griffey Jr. Could barely do 135lbs and hit balls harder and farther than anybody.
