My Daddy has dementia and every night his carer sings & dances with him, no matter what mood she is in or how short on time she is, and all for rubbish pay. To all you nurses, home helps & carers out there, you're worth your weight in gold.

If your unionism is threatened by children Irish dancing, you're sectarianism is probably incurable.

Met a wee girl from a family in need today, she told me she really wanted a bike. Asked about for a used one and someone went out and bought this brand new bike for her. They don't know her, but didn't hold back on making her dream come true. The very best of North Belfast ♥️

Paisley forgets to declare £100,000 in gifts for lavish holidays. No problem. Sick grandmother from west Belfast doesn't pay TV license. Arrested and imprisoned.

My brother in law is a manager in a food retailer. He leaves three wee boys every morning to go to work. This morning he had a women scream in his face for enforcing rules around Monday morning being solely for the elderly and vulnerable. Please, don't be that person right now.

I've no sympathy for Arlene Foster when she claims she would move away elsewhere if Ireland was unified. It's like threatening you'd move school if you aren't selected as head girl. Childish politics bereft of leadership.

Could a gal (hypothetically speaking) just rock up to a GAA club having no clue of the rules or whether the ball was blown up or stuffed to have a go at it?

After losing our Dad yesterday evening, we cannot thank the staff at the Mater hospital enough. Under really difficult circumstances the care they provided was exceptional. Our NHS staff will be the real heroes in the coming months.

Watching ‘tipping point’ and one of the questions was, “Newry, Armagh and Lisburn are cities in which country?” English contestant answers “Portugal”. The Union is strong 🙈

Whilst I may have to show my vaccine certification to get into a bar on a Saturday night, I'll only have to think of my partner starting her 14 hour shift in one of our hospitals to be reminded of how little effort it takes to help our front line staff. It really isn't a big ask.

While you've all been covid-19 panic buying groceries, my dad's wake means we now have enough traybakes and madira cakes to last us a lifetime. Thank God for ulster protestants and our god given sweet tooth.

No matter if you stand on the Shankill side of Lanark way or the Springfield Road side, the issues are the same. Working class communities have been let down for decades. Don't let them tell you it's anything else. It isn't.

My mum was telling me how she was approached when she was a teenager during the troubles and asked if she was a catholic or protestant, she replied with ‘I’m a methodist’ and they didn’t know what to do with such information and left her alone 😂

No one has walked over working class unionists and loyalists like ‘elite’ unionism has.
