    29-9. Arguably the greatest baseball season in Hersey history. The success for this team is related to the work ethic, character, and love for the game and each other. Great baseball players and better people. It was my honor to be a part of it. I love you all. Brothers. Family.

    Let’s go, Huskies! Another exciting couple weeks for our guys. I’m so proud of the way we competed. Another great step in the right direction. Amazing tournament for all our guys. Special congrats to Diego Garcia (Jr./OF) for being named tourney MVP (.529/.636/.765 slash line)!

    Right at the top of this 4A list is our own Jeremy Allen. I very deserving All-State selection! Our guy broke two huge school records with 10 wins (10-0!) and an opponents batting average against of .120! Jer also led the area with 93 Ks in just 59 IP. Awesome season, brother!

    Justin Pflomm's 2022 Season So Far for @HerseyHuskies (thru 4 innings): Grand Slam Grand Slam 2-run Double 1-run Single So 4-for-4, 2 HR, 1 2B, 3 R, 11 RBI Hersey up 16-2 in top of 5th.

    Congrats to our guy, Drew Phillips on being named to the @IHSBCA1 4A All-State team! It’s amazing accomplishment! DP may have had the greatest offensive single season in Hersey Huskies history, including breaking 3 records! (.564 OBP, 35 SBs, and 6 triples👀‼️) Congrats, Drew!

    Huskies move to 3-0 in the Final Flight Baseball Classic and claim the #1 seed for tomorrow’s semi-final game against Hueytown (AL) at 12:15 PM at Elam Stadium. #RiseAndGrind #GoHuskies

    The Huskies with a big walk-off win vs. Prospect. C. Kave (2 runs), R. Meister, and T. Pflomm (game tying RBI) had hits. N. Krecu drove in the winning run in the 7th. W. Schmidt was excellent (6 IP, 10 Ks) & J. Allen picked up the W (1 IP, 2 Ks). Rematch at Prospect on Wed.!

    Huskies scratch and claw to win their regional semifinal 4-3. B. McNeill (4.1 IP, 1 hit, 0 R, 7Ks) was stellar in relief to take the W. C. Arvanitis (3B), K. Luxem, & D. Thomas had hits and RBIs. C. Meister (2B) scored the winning run. Huskies play in the Regional Final Saturday.

    The Huskies offense was 🔥 today at Dundee-Crown, scoring 21 runs on 17 hits! J. Pflomm led the attack (3-3, 3 HR, 5 RBI 😱!) N. Krecu (2 H, HR, 5 RBI), C. Meister (4 H, 2 2B, 3 RBI), & C. Kave, R. Meister, & T. Bell had multiple hits. O. Rudy (W, 4 Ks) & D. Denten (SV, 2 Ks).
