    New Exhibition Announcement 📣 Time flies from exhibition to exhibition. But time has flown faster than I thought possible from my accident as later this year marks 17 years since my life totally changed. That’s 17 years pre and post accident.

    I am paralysed from the top of my shoulders down. No arm movement. But this is me exercising, pushing and pulling the bar, by myself just using tiny shoulder muscles (bar is 2kg). 3 years ago I could only do this with a broom handle. This has taken 9 years to get here.

    10 years ago today my life changed forever. 10 years ago I became paralysed from the shoulders down. 10 years ago my body nearly died, only kept alive by machines. The past 10 years have been a journey, with brutal early days, but have been some of the best years of my life.

    I'm paralysed from the shoulders down so I'm only able to use tiny shoulder muscles to do this. (I'm sat up and legs crossed by my trainer). 9 years ago I had my physio pushing my arms in and out for me. Now I'm able to this unaided as well stop myself and change direction.
