    Impassioned speech on train tonight from an older woman in an n95: “I’m getting off this train because there are too many people not wearing masks. I have cancer. I do NOT want to get covid. PLEASE put a mask on.” No eye contact from 3 nearby unmasked commuters. She disembarked.

    Not only did 41 yr old Porsche driver (allegedly speeding at 140ks with drugs in system) flee the scene of yesterday's police tragedy.. he appears to have taken and uploaded some hideously gruesome photos of the crash site. Words. Fail. Me.

    Premier: "Fastest moving.. most contagious strain we've seen".. So. Brisbane and Perth both had the UK strain too.. Why. Is. It. Always. Victoria that it goes.. so fast.. and far.. and contagious.. ?!

    Premier gets a nightly call around 10pm with "what's on the board".. telling him likely case nos for next day. Imagine going to bed last night with a 700+ in your head.. Asked if he's getting enough rest: "Does it look like it? But this virus doesn't stop.. and neither can we."
