- Ranges are gross base pay. We pay stock/equity on top of this. No annual bonuses. We build for long term - everything is loaded into equity. - Ranges are based off what it takes to close great talent we want in these markets. - We do keep US footprint smaller than EU.

It's been a surreal day. One we're proud of as we listed @Wise on @LSEplc. The number that matters the most - how much the world’s still pays yearly in hidden fees on foreign currency. £150 billion!! So today’s a big day, but we still have a long way to go. #MissionUnfinished
