5/ Because these transactions have already been executed inside the builder, they cannot be sandwiched or front-run through resubmission. The window where that class of attack is possible has already closed by the time a consumer sees them.

1/ Announcing Harmonic Preconfs, now in private pilot. A gRPC stream of Solana transactions emitted the moment the Harmonic builder identifies them for inclusion, before they enter shred form. Every public early-data product on Solana today sits downstream of shred generation.
