    Penn State students are holding a candlelight vigil outside of the McDonalds in downtown State College because it closed. A high rise will be built in this spot & previous reports indicate a McDonalds will be in the high rise. Chants of “fu— your high rise” have broken out

    Local Pastor Jody Reese of the Nittany Baptist Church in Boalsburg is leading a prayer to open the Trump rally in State College. But first, he had the Penn State students yell “We Are” followed by everyone else yelling “MAGA!”

    Donald Trump has taken the stage at State College. Right away he mentioned the Penn State wrestling team. Says he’s going to bring them up later, “maybe I’ll wrestle you … that would be an upset.”

    I am begging local governments to post the schedules for the council/board/authority/whatever meetings on their website. (I am also begging local governments to simply have a website)

    History was made at @FergusonTwpPA this evening with its all-female board of supervisors. Recently elected as supervisors, Hilary Caldwell & Tierra Williams were sworn-in with Supervisor Lisa Strickland, who was re-elected.

    During today’s Centre County elections meeting, Commissioner Mark Higgins said as they processed provisional ballots, they saw a write-in they had never seen before, Wiggly the Squid, a Beanie Baby. “I don’t know what Wiggly the Squid’s position on inflation is,” Higgins said.
