- Well that's a first, guy just in to get a couple of packing boxes, flown in from UK to post his grandson's presents to Austria as it's cheaper than posting them from UK & he doesn't want them hit with the taxes. He paid £12 each way from Stansted. What a strange world we live in.
- This day every year, a grandad brings his 4 grandchildren into the shop & they spend an hour choosing a book each for Christmas. It makes me inordinately happy every time.

- Sadly, we lost our beloved Sasha last night. An MRI showed that she needed multiple back operations, with a little chance of success, & we didn't feel it was fair to put her through that pain. Leon & I are devastated, she was the best dog. RIP to our beautiful girl. #PetLife

- Replying to @AnimalRising @RebelsAnimal and @waitroseI've been vegan for 8 years now & mortified by this. Waitrose will now have to order yet more dairy milk to replace it. So that's more harm done. And as a shop worker I would be one of the people who had to come & clean this up. #NotInMyName
