Tonight we were saddened to learn that one of our contracted security guards used a derogatory term toward a member of our Guildhouse community. This is absolutely unacceptable and we were shocked when we heard about it. We have immediately terminated our contract with the security guard involved.
We immediately apologized to the group involved in the incident but we also want to apologize to anyone who we did not get the opportunity to apologize to. Guildhouse has always tried to be an extremely welcoming place to everyone and all communities. We want to assure everyone that we stand for love and inclusivity and we take incidents like this very seriously. We will do everything we can to prevent something like this from ever happening again.
