    imagine losing to jira but boasting that you save a couple million dollars per year dhh shares all this virtue signaling as if they are business masterminds but seems they just got smoked by linear, asana, monday, and even atlassian does anyone actually use basecamp? i
    It unfortunately seems that 37signals spent the last two and a half years on a Manhattan project to reduce COGS at the expense of thus far completely missing AI (at least I can’t find any mention of features on their websites). The opportunity cost was always huge.

    Most people think raising VC funding is the barrier to starting a company. The actual barrier is more often healthcare. Every week it seems I meet another incredible would-be founder, who are instead stuck in a job simply due to heath insurance for them or their family.
    I will die on this hill: HEALTH INSURANCE SHOULD NOT BE TIED TO EMPLOYMENT.
