    Let me or others be your advocate w/ Harvard administrators or faculty who need to hear: this student is NOT going anywhere because they CAN'T, so you MUST provide safe & comfortable living space. AND extensions etc. MUST be provided to deal with this stress. No ifs ands or buts

    Hi @hakeemangulu, this is what chaplains and other advocates are for. If it is virtually impossible to go home, you/others in your position will likely need to ask to stay. If anyone at Harvard gives you any crap about that whatsoever, that is when you call in someone like me. 1/
