    If your football program and track program ain’t on the same wavelength then you may have some issues. Football and Track, Track and Football... They just go together

    One of our kids was gone for a month due to personal reasons. In that time he thought he lost a wristband that his late grandmother had given him. His reaction to it being found brought joy to the coaches. Glad we could make his day #Family

    Don’t forget a fact- There are some of our friends who are Republicans who think today is absolutely disgusting. Just because they are Republican doesn’t mean you rope them in with these extremists. Just my opinion..

    We played a tough game vs Chavez and came out with the W. I am proud of our kids and proud of the fight Chavez played with. After the game I suffered a Heart Attack. I guess the excitement and lack of not taking care of myself got to me. Time to get up and do better. #Family
