- Not normally my thing but important PSA given recent events in the Triangle: WEAR YOUR SEAT BELT. The Giglio boys are only still here this morning because they did last night. Can’t thank the unbelievable surgeons and staff at @WakeMed enough for saving their lives
- Another really great day for the Giglio boys. Jax can go home tomorrow! James is almost tube-free and out of his neck brace! Positive vibes and prayers have the mojo on our side
- Final: State 84, Carolina 76 The drought is over. For the first time in 37 years, NC State is the ACC champion. I never thought I would get to type those words
- My BIG is home from the hospital, ahead of schedule. Amazing. We’ve also reached the “hey, dad, maybe let me take a shower before you post any more pictures of me” phase of the recovery. So will post one later. But we are thrilled to have both boys home!
- Positive day for the Giglio boys: - James had successful back surgery. Eight screws and a 9-inch rod will make him someone to avoid in airport lines - Jackson was up and walking three different times. Even ready for a round of championship Uno (I might even let him win 😉)
- But I was told: "the sun will come out tomorrow." Liars! Thank you to all for the kind words. Thank you @joeovies We started in a pandemic and ended in disaster but in between hit No. 1 in the ratings and reinvented the podcast game. See you all again soon, no doubt
- Alright, my friends, I will be back on the NC State beat. I will cover the spring game and I've started working on some NFL draft stories
- Doesn’t even seem possible. Sixteen rounds of chemo treatments, 34 radiation. One amazing woman. I stand in awe of @jessacagiglio. You did it!!!
- Totally and completely overwhelmed by the response to the tweet about my sons. Will be a long haul back but they are improving with each hour. Thank you all so much for the texts and kind words. It means a lot to me and my family
